Leaders in the property industry for over 160 years, Deague Group have a proud family history that have secured their position in the Australian property market with numerous residential, commercial and hotel developments in Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. Deague Group sought an urban art activation for 101 Moray Street. Responding to key natural and built elements of Melbourne City, Claudio Kirac designed a contemporary pattern artwork to be sandblasted into prominent concrete surfaces. Finished with a sophisticated lighting concept, the artwork assists in adding a sense of place, drawing attention to the building details, and creating an engaged tenant experience.
